The Novice

Sometimes
when a strong wind blows
seeds are thrust skyward,
it's the winds way of revealing
more fertile ground.

Although,
it's only after a husk
is burst by the strength
of a new shoot,
there's much to see.

In fact, new shoots can be hard
to sight from a distance.

We need to wait
to see a heaven bound
earth dweller
from afar.

If you're patient
that is, or draw near enough
for intimate
exchange!

I do admit, I'm always delighted
by how unique each of us
actually is,
each in-dweller
with our own flavor,
our own look.

Each with a set
of personal instruction.

Seed-like we are always
approaching the beginning
in some area in our life.

And really,
the only arriving
we ever do
is at the next
new
beginning.
